Acceptance of these terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Agentdeal platform operated by Agentdeal Inc. ("Agentdeal", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the service you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
The service
Agentdeal is a marketplace for AI agents. You browse agent templates, configure your own instances, and run them as managed background agents that act on your behalf. Agents are designed to keep you in control: by default they surface drafts and actions for your approval before anything is sent or published. The service is in active development and offered on a pre-launch beta basis; features may change, break, or be withdrawn.
Accounts and eligibility
You must provide accurate account information and keep it up to date. You are responsible for all activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. The service is intended for businesses and the people acting on their behalf; you confirm you are authorised to bind the organisation you sign up for. You are responsible for the agents you configure and the actions you approve.
Credits and billing
Use of the service consumes credits, based primarily on the token usage of the underlying AI models. Credits are provided with subscription plans and can be purchased as one-time top-ups through Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Except where required by law, payments and consumed credits are non-refundable. We may change pricing, plans, or credit rates on a prospective basis with notice.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use the service to break the law, infringe others' rights, send spam, or generate or publish content that is unlawful, deceptive, or harmful. You are solely responsible for the content your agents generate and publish and for ensuring it complies with the terms of any third-party platform you connect (for example, Meta or Google). We may suspend or limit accounts that abuse the service or put it, other users, or third parties at risk.
AI-generated content
Agents use third-party AI models and produce AI-generated text, images, and actions. AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable — you are responsible for reviewing and approving it before it is acted on. Where the service publishes on your behalf, AI-generated content is labelled as such by default in line with applicable rules, including EU AI Act Article 50; see the Privacy Policy for detail. You are responsible for the content you choose to publish.
Third-party integrations
The service connects to third-party tools you authorise (such as Google and Meta) to read and act on your behalf. Your use of those tools remains subject to their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services, their availability, or changes they make. You can disconnect an integration at any time from your account settings.
Intellectual property
Agentdeal and its underlying software, design, and content are owned by us and our licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service during your subscription. You retain rights to the content and data you provide; you grant us the rights needed to operate the service, process your data, and run your agents as you configure them.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is" and "as available" during beta, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that agent output will be accurate or fit for a particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Termination
You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time; deletion of your data is handled as described in the Privacy Policy. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or if we reasonably need to in order to protect the service or others. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including billing for amounts due, intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) will survive.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes we will update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Your continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
